Water City

Sometime in the near future. Pollution covers the sky. Trashes reach taller than mountains. Earth's land flooded due to global warming. Human's population are almost 3/4 wiped.

The rich and powerful ones move into ridiculously overpriced land and the poor ones desperately scavenge what ever they can find to survive.

Tall buildings are some of the remaining that peak above sea level. The poor utilized whatever they can make of it; most turn it into shelter.

Fishing is largest trades....
